Absolutely loved everything. Stayed here 5 nights and it was the most comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and having washer and dryer in room was the best. Great shuttle service and driver Michael was very professional and kind. The Market has great sandwiches and coffee. All the staff was kind and courteous. Highly recommend this especially for extended stay.

Bradley and AKA West Palm is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Bradley at the front desk is kind, helpful, and took his time taking care of us which I loved. The lobby is small but light and bright. The location is stellar. We enjoyed the restaurant blindmonk and the a market for breakfast as well. Everything delicious! Our room had a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean and the breeze at night with the veranda door open was heavenly. The bedding is soft and gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay. Annie W.M. Rm 841

Great place to stay!!! I’m a Chef from Dallas who was sent here to assist in training new staff at EATALY which recently opened at City Place just blocks away from the hotel. This place had clean rooms, friendly and supportive staff, easy access to lots of restaurants and nearby things to see. All within walking distance. I was here for two weeks with only one day off but I would wake up early enough to enjoy my surroundings. There are bars on Clematis Street and a really cool smash burger spot open late called Skinny Louie’s. Also each weekend, there’s a massive farmer’s market that is very impressive by the water front. The beach is a quick walk over the bridge but the hotel offers bicycles too as well as a circuit vehicle to transport you just around the immediate area. Very convenient. Thank you AKA for your hospitality!

Wow. I’ve stayed in countless hotels, but this experience was wonderful. From Bradley’s kindness and energy at check-in, to the amazing housekeeper who tracked down decaf nespresso pods for me without me even asking, to the fabulous gym, to the woman who brought my luggage out to my car when there wasn’t parking… the service here truly is above and beyond. Thank you to the whole AKA team!!

I stayed at AKA for 5 nights. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew this hotel was something special. Just the lobby scent alone was truly incredible. The attention to detail in the decor was breathtaking, with opulent furnishings and a sophisticated ambiance that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. My suite was an oasis of comfort and modern style. It has everything you’ll need in that room it’s; its own tiny apartment with a dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer combo, dishes, eating area, bed etc. Truly amazing The service here was simply impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Very resourceful and very sophisticated. Even the valet as well. The hotel also gives you a $75 dollar credit to use towards the shuttle, the blind monk, or a.market. Which is all owned by them. This hotel is in an amazing area everything is walkable. Make sure you read the full description when booking though, they may not be hidden fees to some but I was not expecting them (it did not make any difference as I loved my stay) Everywhere here has paid parking, the hotel has a valet only parking with overnight costing you $45 every night you stay, however you may get your car as many times as you like. Down the street is $20 parking but you may not get your car out or it’ll cost you another $20. They charge you a $100 a night fee for anything you may have broke or damaged within the suite, it does get refunded but this is an additional charge once you get to the hotel on top of the booking charge And the last charge I noticed was a $39 destination fee per night that is also not included on the booking of the room this is a non refundable charge. They will also charge you every time you get the housekeepers to clean your room, if you put your zzz tag on the front door they will not come in and charge you which is what we did. You can also tell the front desk you may not want housekeeping while you’re there to avoid that charge. All that being said my stay was absolutely wonderful and I would a million times over come back. Just be mindful of the costs while going there is expensive due to the extravagance of the area. Thank you AKA for the truly unforgettable experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the amenities are wonderful. The room is very clean and well appointed. However, I would’ve preferred to have some carpeting on the floor or a small carpet just to make it feel a little cozier. Additionally, there are no plugs at the desk in the room, which made it difficult to work on my computer for a long period of time. Also, I would prefer a few more hooks in the bathroom so that you can hang your towels as there is only one hook currently. Plus, the closet doesn’t leave room for dresses or a long coats. All in, it is a very nice hotel, but I wish there were a few more thoughts from the designers around what people need to have access to when they are in the room.

This was honestly the perfect hotel stay for us. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom, corner suite which was gorgeous and so bright and had everything we needed. The Circuit shuttle was so convenient to take us around, the A.market food was excellent, service was great, and the location is perfect and walking distance to many shops and establishments downtown. We parked at the nearby city owned Evernia garage to avoid paying the hefty valet fee. It was only $5 on weekends and $20 on weekdays per day.
